TTP Ltd is a real estate development and building company founded in 1987, based on Estonian capital.
Our trade mark over 25 years has always been responsible real estate development all the way. We aim at ensuring the quality of the buildings created by using the best materials and the skills of professional builders. We know that the best result is born in constant communication with the client. That is confirmed by deep satisfaction of both future occupants and the developer when keys are handed over.
We are most proud of our development of 101 hectars of land connecting Pirita with Mähe and Merivälja started in 1996. By now it has become the most valued modern residential district in Tallinn where every square meter has been carefully considered and planned to enhance the whole. It is an area where the biggest value is the harmony of high greenery and buildings.
Over 110 families have found homes for many years in the 100 private houses, 46 terraced / semi-detached houses and 67 apartment buildings.
TTP Ltd is also developing Pöörise residential district in Mustamäe with 800 apartments. Today, 7 of the 10 apartment buildings have been completed in the district and all the necessary infrastructure of the district has been completed (roads, streets, park area, playgrounds, parking building).
